Store on Lot + Fall Season
One 12-month agreement: your fall season site plus eight months of storing your RV on that same lot. Pay the deposit, then a monthly payment plan by automatic payment.

- $300 Operations & Maintenance deposit, due yearly by July 31.
- Outside fall season, stay in your RV for $30 a night, up to 14 nights a month.
- Store-on-lot guests park utility trailers in the utility trailer lot for $20 a month.
- Deposits and payments on Store on the Lot packages are non-refundable.

Storage is set up by the resort office, not online. Have your RV details handy and it’s a short call.

Is there a long-term contract?
Monthly storage is billed month to month with no set start date, by automatic monthly payment. The Store on Lot + Fall Season package is a 12-month agreement.
Can I stay in my RV while it’s stored?
On the Store on Lot + Fall Season package, yes: outside fall season it’s $30 a night with notice before your stay, up to 14 nights a month. Nights past 14 in the same month are billed at $100 a night.
Can I store a boat, trailer or golf cart?
Store-on-lot guests can keep a utility trailer in the utility trailer lot for $20 a month.
Who covers damage or theft?
Under the University Station rental agreement, personal property, which includes your RV, is kept at the guest’s own risk.
